It’s the late night panel show where two teams of comedians compete in your favorite British panel games like Would You Rather?, Music Mash-Up, and Brilliant Idea! Nothing is off limits, the points don’t matter, and excessive celebration is encouraged as our teams are put through the comedy wringer for your entertainment.

We’re nerds. We admit it. But we also have a panel of some of the greatest minds in Nashville. Compete against us in trivia, acting, and musical challenges to win prizes, and most importantly bragging rights. Shows this weekend, article in the Tennessean and a Free Workshop!

Well things sure are hopping around the Nashville Comedy Theater! Shows tonight and Saturday night at 8pm, preparing for our free workshop TOMORROW (we still have a few spots left but they are going fast) and we were honored to be featured in a great article in The Tennessean.
Then adult classes are starting next weekend, AND starting in August we will begin performing on the 1st and 3rd weekend of every month.
Sadly, no time to chat, its off to the theater and see you all tonight!!

June Update

After an busy (but amazing) month of May when our cast performed in THIRTY shows, having "only" two shows on June 18th and 19th will feel like summer vacation for us.  Well, that and putting 15 students through our Training Center classes and getting our nine new cast members ready for their first performances.  Oh, and preparing for two weeks' worth of teen improv camps in July.  Our next big guerrilla improv event.  Come to think of it, June is going to be pretty busy, too!

RenFest Thanks:

The month of May was an improviser's dream.  The players from Nashville Comedy Theater's team "Infinite Jest" performed eighteen shows throughout the festival, plus an additional nine shows with the very talented Royal Improv Comedy cast.  The crowds were amazing, the weather fantastic, and the fellow players are some of the best people in the world to work with.  The experiences and memories are ones that we will treasure for a lifetime.  And to all the new fans we've discovered this month -- we're ecstatic about you most of all!

To all our fans in the Vanderbilt-area, yes we're going to be doing a Clash of Comedy show with Tongue-N-Cheek! Only 2 bucks, for all the improv, pizza and drinks you can handle. Improv provided by TNC and NCT, food and drinks provided by Jet's Pizza. Its going to be epic.

Then throw in shows April 15th, 16th, a special Shakespeare's Birthday Celebration on April 23rd and gearing up for performances every weekend at the Tennessee Renaissance Festival starting in May (aye really!) means NCT is pumped and ready to perform for you!
